Job Description
* Mentors and supervises manual annotators to make sure the work is done with the highest quality in the expected time
* Reports to Project Manager on a daily basis
* Conducts induction training to newcomers
* Analyzes manual annotator's problems and categorizes them to be reported to the appropriate entities
* Prepares documentations and guidelines to be used by manual annotators
* Learns the tool's new features that would help boosts the quality and the speed of the manual annotators and teaches those features to the manual annotators
* Reviews sample outputs from the manual annotators
Job Requirements
* Bachelor degree
* Has at least 2 years of experience (not a fresh grade)
* Not older than 35 years
* Elementary English level
* Experience in manual annotation is considered a big plus o Tools like: (LabelImg, Labelme, Labelbox, Darwin v7, Darklabel, dataturks, Supervise.ly, CVAT, Scale AI, etc)
* Quick learner and hard worker
* Details oriented
