ROLE SUMMARY
To lead a team of Marketing and Health Solutions Partner colleagues supporting
the total Primary Care & Specialty product portfolio in Egypt.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver brand Revenue and IBA within agreed Opex budget
* Forecast and phase brand revenue/OPEX, track progress towards target and develop mitigation plan as required
* Work with GSCPM to optimize CoGs management and reduce shelf-life issues
* Monthly P&L review with Finance Director in assigned geography
* Drive evolution of commercial model ensuring deployment of multichannel communication enhancing overall customer engagement
* Partner with MERA Regional therapeutic area leads to align on plans to maximize growth and penetration
* Prioritize products within Therapy Areas in terms of allocating resources
* Invest resources; accordingly, A&P, FF, non-traditional channels
* Identify and leverage synergies across brands
* Develop operational plans for all brands and deliver the OP
* Aligned with Regional plans but specific to assigned market
* Provide local insights and brand feedback to Regional Marketing teams
* Ensure that programs, tools and materials supplied are fit for purpose
* Select best-fitting modules from Regional/Global content with (minimal) adaptation/trans-creation as needed
* Manage local agencies for trans-creation within guidelines and budget
* Close collaboration with Commercial Leads and Field Force and other relevant function
* Micro-monitoring via KPIs and milestones. Proactively readjust plans to meet/exceed target
* Cross-functional brand leadership - Field Force, NAM, Medical etc
* Coach and develop Marketing colleagues to achieve Best in Class department
* Ensure the successful identification, planning and exploitation of new product and new business opportunities and partnerships to develop the business in line with Pfizer strategic direction. Ensure successful integration derived from potential acquisitions and alliances
* Proactively set plans for products life cycle management
* Actively develop plans for newly launched brands in collaboration with cross functional team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 12 plus years of pharmaceutical experience
* Minimum 4 years people management experience
* Bachelor's Degree; Master's degree or MBA desired
