Job Description
* Design, implement, coordinate, and manage ad hoc, usually survey-based research services projects through:
* Receiving and understanding client brief
* Developing research design, proposal and prepare budget/cost
* Contributing to contract negotiation
* Briefing and training field staff
* Designing questionnaire, interview / discussion guide
* Analyzing data and information
* Developing conclusion and solid recommendation
* Presenting and reporting on work from proposal to analysis stage
* Analyzing and evaluating results
* Controlling costs/budgeting
* Act as main link resource to client. Develop and maintain close relationship and communication with client decision makers.
* Gather and accumulate useful field data, summarize and analyze secondary data.
* Continuous monitoring of country team output to ensure executional excellence: project management, questionnaire design, technical excellence, reporting deliverables.
