Owns all VAS Operations activities for the customers under purview,
related to value added services.
* Owns all VAS Operations activities for the customers under purview
* including:
* Executing all activities associated with Value Added Services including
* Trucking, Customs House Brokerage (CHB), Warehousing and Cargo-
* Insurance.
* Planning and procurement of VAS as per customer requirements
* Has the responsibility of ensuring that all customer invoices are raised accurately, on time and matches the rates and contracts agreed to with the customers
* Ensures that all jobs are correctly costed and that the CM1 at a job level is positive
We are looking for:
* 2 years of experience in the logistics industry preferable
* University/Bachelor's degree
* SAP background preferred
* Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently deliver on time every time
* Positive attitude and proactive collaboration
* Good stakeholder management and customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic
