Job Requirements
* BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a Related Field.
* Minimum ‎8+ Years of Experience in Web Development.
* Proven work experience as a Technical team leader or supervisor.
* Organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Understanding of various coding methods and computer languages.
* Experience with software development lifecycle.
* Must be able to handle confidential/sensitive information professionally, as well as manage multiple and changing priorities simultaneously.
* Highly organized and a good planner, demonstrates excellent attendance and loyalty to the organization.
* Ability to organize work, plan multiple activities, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with the ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
* Consistent, repeatable achievement of sales targets

Required Technologies
* Java J2EE Spring boot.
* Strong understanding of Java/OOP/Core Java concept, Spring framework, Hibernate
* Frontend Technologies (Angular, React …) , HTML/CSS , Type Script.
* Json and XML Format
* Prior experience with relational and non-relational database technologies (Maria DB , MS SQL)
* Hands on experience with mobile application development (iOS & Android ).
* Experiences with cloud solutions such as Azure.

Job Description
* Lead Software development team.
* Setting clear team goals.
* Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
* Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team.
* Discover training needs and provide coaching.
* Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
* Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product.
* Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.
* Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.
* Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team.
* Oversee progress of project development & team players to ensure consistency with initial design.
* Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
* Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
* Approve and train on final product before launch.
