We are looking for an Assistant Contracts Manager for our P&DS; business line.

Role Purpose
JLL is looking for an Assistant Contracts Manager to join our team in Cairo,
Egypt
What this job involves
Prepare and place the contracts for the consultants and contractors.
Managing the contractual obligations.
Preparing a claim program (impact analysis, cause and effect)
Monitor and administer contract performance and compliance in accordance with
the contract management plan, risk management plan and organizational policies
and procedures.
Draft the contract agreements and subcontract agreements.
Preparation of different types of claims, particulars, impact and variation
orders.
Negotiations with different parties during pre and post contract stages
Negotiates contract terms from proposal stage to project close-out in
accordance with relevant regulations
Coordinates approval of negotiations, contracts with appropriate management
staff
Provide advice regarding interpretation of contract terms and conditions to
company departments for clarification
Review time and cost claims, in coordination with the supporting teams, to
protect company rights.
Draft notices necessary for the assigned Projects
Review tender documents and prepare contract analysis report including main
points, concerns and risks to be considered during the pricing process and
taking decision to tender
Desired skills and experience for this
A Graduate in any engineering discipline. However, preference will be given to
Architecture, Civil or Construction Management Graduates with a master’s from
an internationally reputed university
Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem solving, and
communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills are required and ability to work as a member of a
team
Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential
