role of Checker Cash and payments .

What you 'll do:
Ability to use HSBC operational systems and applying relevant technical
knowledge to perform job effectively.

• Maximizing the productivity and improving the quality to meet customer
expectations & achieve maximum interest & profitability.
• Adherence to compliance and internal policies and procedures.
• The jobholder will be required to ensure that all customer instructions are
efficiently carried out within agreed time frames.
• Understanding critical documentation and interpreting information and risk
involved.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced processing environment.
• Effective and speedy prompt problem solving skills.
• Providing quality service to internal customers.
Requirements
Qualifications
* Previous experience in payment processing is a must at least for ‎1 year, providing a high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
* Handling of an acceptable agreed volume of work contributing to the achievement of the section's performance targets.
* Ensuring that tasks are prioritized, processed &completed in accordance with procedures, as well as reporting of common fraud/errors /irregular transactions to line manager for appropriate action.
* Ensure that a general level of awareness about money laundering is maintained.
* Awareness of the operational risk associated with the role and the action to be taken to minimize the likelihood of operational risk occurring including risk identification
* Scheduling operational risk brainstorming sessions for business managers as required updating operational risk profile information.
* Updating operational risk self-assessment scores, action plans and reports when changes occur which impact the operational risks of the business, or otherwise review annually as a minimum, or where significant change occurs, e.g.
