About the Role

This role is to join a newly established team to support the transformation of
the Middle East HR Function. This role will be supporting the delivery of key
strategic HR projects. The role is an internal role, working with internal
PwC's stakeholders within the HR functions across the Middle East.
We are seeking a passionate, charismatic, ambitious project manager , a people
person with excellent communication and organization skills, who can engage
with stakeholders at all levels and can articulate the key benefits of our
Transformation Programme. You will need to be able to understand business
processes, problem solve, think of innovative solutions, get the buy in from
stakeholders and help drive the transformation agenda.
Skills & Responsibilities required:
* Supporting the delivery and management of key strategic projects
* Working closely with the HC Strategy and Transformation leads
* Ensuring projects are on track, milestones are adhered to, risks are identified
* Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels effectively, building trust to bring about sustainable change
* You must be "Agile" in your approach
* Comfortable with managing a budget
* Proven project management skills
* Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken)
* Ability to work across multiple departments and business functions promoting collaboration and teamwork.
* Ability to support the designing of strategic solutions to address business pain points - covering technology, operating model and people and change.
* Experience in running structured scoping, process mapping, and project governance meetings with key stakeholders at all levels.
* Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Can exercise independence of judgment and autonomy
* Is flexible and comfortable moving between competing priorities and projects
* Providing regular project updates to Senior leadership
* Must be a highly organized and dependant individual.
* Experience in End to End project Management experience- specializing in processes and systems
* Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.
Job requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Experience in a similar role is a MUST
* HR background (not necessary but preferred)
* Project Management Certification (PMP/PRINCE2/PPE)
