About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding and dynamic Marketing and Events
Specialist to join our new Prime National School located in 6th of October -
Giza, School will open its doors to students in September 2023, while the
position is effective from October 2022.
Overview of the role
* This important role covers all aspects of marketing to promote the school and to support the internal events activities.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Smoothly continue the implementation of the Events/marketing plan, using relevant elements of the marketing mix
* Manage the website and social media channels with due regard for the school and events guidelines and strategic direction.
* Making sure all school events are well arranged and covered in order to be used
* Develop and produce promotional materials, including copy writing and liaising with other departments, agencies and suppliers.
* Maintain relationships with agencies, relevant publications, suppliers etc.
* Complete monthly marketing analytics.
* Assist with strategic decision making and reporting.
* Liaise effectively with the school management and head office marketing dept.
Job Requirements
* 1-5 years' of proven experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
* Excellent writing and editing skills
* Strong eye for detail and basic graphic design skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, desirable experience in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
* Sophisticated oral communication skills, as well as social media savvies.
