POSITION SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be responsible for the intercompany
reconciliation, collaborating with Finance operations, Global R2R and Supply
chain, where he will need to have extensive knowledge and ability to perform
day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA's, solving queries related to GRIR
and communicating findings to all relevant parties and take appropriate
actions as and when needed
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
* Executing all accounting operations activities in scope of Nestle Business Services related to Intercompany reconciliation, Cash management, Reporting and GRIR according to the agreed key performance indicators.
* Ensuring Period End Closing steps are performed accurately and on time, identification and follow-up of open items in all balance sheet accounts.
* Analyzing intercompany accounts and doing adjustments if needed.
* Executing the processes in line with business compliance and internal controls.
* Participating in internal and external benchmarking of operations performance with the stakeholders.
* Propose change initiatives to ensure the efficiency of the operations.
* Working closely with Accounts Receivables, Payables, Supply chain, Finance and shipment teams to ensure Accuracy and Efficiency.
* Daily, weekly and monthly reports to identify the gaps and ensure quality to apply adjustments before PEC.
ARE YOU FIT?
* Degree qualified in Business / Commerce
* Minimum experience ‎1- ‎2 years in Reporting and Analytics role
* Builds robust and successful working relationships
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organization and prioritization skills
* Proactive, responsive and results-driven
* Strong Analytical skill
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel.
