Main Responsibilities
Short-Term Assignment from 3 to 6 Months.
* Review and analyze weekly & monthly operations results and provide recommendations.
* Controlling operations KPIs, forecasting & follow up the corrective actions to ensure the implementation.
* Responsible for operations control and coordinating audit processes
* Prepare standardized financial reports for different Majorel business accounts, focusing on income statements.
* Coordinate and assist in budget preparation, financial forecasts,
* Ensure the control of operations transactions and financial reporting.
* Develop business processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal operations controls.
* Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the operations department.
* Analyze operations data & generate reports.
* Ensure compliance with regulations,
* Ensure the accuracy of operations reports & data.
* Respect and apply the company vision, mission, and values.
* Coordinates with all internal functions within various departments to ensure the completion of processes & accuracy.
* Following the COPC process.
* Monitor industry best practices.

Competencies and Professional Background
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience in operations or relevant 4 years' minimum.
* Level of English: Very Good Level.
* Exceptional numerical skills.
* Well understanding about financial process.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office.
