What 's the role?
People Operations Advisor
Location: Cairo, Egypt
First points of contact for employees and managers, responsible for the
efficient and effective resolution of routine requests and inquiries. Ensures
customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs. Reporting to the People
Operations Team Lead
Key responsibilities:
* Advice & Support: First point of contact for People Function related inquires and requests from employees and managers ("Tier 1"). Provide advice across the complete employee lifecycle. Solve requests comprehensively, safeguarding the employee experience with empathy
* Transactions : Process routine requests across the employee lifecycle taking a "first-time right, on time, in full" approach. Adhere to (data) standards, processes and policies without losing the "human touch"
* Case Management : Assume responsibility for the full documentation and resolution of cases. Proactively manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders
* Knowledge Management : Actively use available documentation to provide consistent service. Identify gaps and play a key role in the maintenance and continuous evolution of the knowledge base
* Technology : Promote the full use of self-service technologies, educating employees and managers on the available solutions and encouraging them to resolve queries on their own where possible
* Continuous Improvement : Proactively raise opportunities for enhancements and continuous improvement. Maintain a continuous improvement mindset at all times
