EGTA - Female Empowerment Program
Siemens Energy in partnership with the GIZ in Egypt, is providing a female
empowerment program aimed at increasing and strengthening women in the labor
market. This 3-week program to be held at the Siemens training center in Ain
Sokhna are targeting women who are currently engaged in an engineering role in
any industry.
This will be an on-site training. Daily transportation from Cairo to the
training center shall be provided.
What do I need to qualify for this program ?
* Bachelor 's degree in any Engineering discipline from a recognized college or university
* A native Arabic speaker and proficient in the English language
* Between 3 to 8 years of experience in field services
* Willing to travel daily to and from Cairo to the training center in Ain Sokhna
* You have high potential to be promoted to managerial position
* You have strong communication, Problem-Solving, Negotiation Skills and Self-Confidence
What do I need to know ?
* Duration of the program : Three (3) weeks
* Program timing : 5 days a week (Sunday thru Thursday), 6 hour per day (from 9:00am to 3:00pm)
* Group Setting : There will be 2 batches (1st Batch - 16th October, 2022 / 2nd Batch - 23rd October, 2022)
* Mode of delivery: In-person training
* Number of trainees targeted : 16 trainees (The first 16 applicants matching the criteria will be short-listed - admission will closed right after the final selection is finalized)
