Project Managment Engineer- ( Drives/ Motors industry)

You will be working as Project Specialist, and will be the part of Motion
Business Area for Service Division based in, Cairo, Egypt. In this role you
will be reporting to Project Operations Manager will be responsible to leads
the execution of small projects with low complexity and ensure that all
related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures,
relevant cyber security regulations and standards, contract specifications,
quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements,
cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the projects/Orders delivery activities in terms of planning, scheduling, cost, scope and customer NPS and coordinate execution strategy with the operations manager to be aligned to division strategy. Significant Contribution to the BU Growth Plans and Sales Strategy and deliver successfully orders amounting to at least 5 MUSD and ensure revenue recognition.
- Improve Cash Conversion Cycle thru Flawless execution, projects / Orders GM% and NM% with at least 2-3 %, conduct Internal and External Hand over Meetings and significant Contribution to Contracts Negotiation.
- Close coordination with Country, Division and BU functions to ensure proper resources planning, plan, Manage and control all project/order activities targeting customer satisfaction in line with project cost and time dimension.
- Manage Sub contractors, Suppliers and Site Works according to Project Target and ensure customer satisfaction thru OTD, Quality and Flaw Less Execution. Projects close out on time coupled with collection of related payments.
- OBL Analysis and Periodization, keep the project- sales teams & customers updated with progress of the project and work in tandem with sales team to develop sales approaches & tactics. Close coordination with factories to ensure improved delivery and cost optimization.
- Achieve cost saving of at least 5-6 % every year, deliver the Division Revenue Growth Ambition with Targeted Profitability, develop the competencies in OH/PM across the division and business opportunities for Sal.
Your background
- Bachelor degree in electrical or mechatronics engineering
- Experience in Drives or Motors industry (Motions)
- PM Certification is required
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Project Management.
- Financial and commercial background, negotiation Skills and contract Management skills.
- Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is a must.
- Fluency in French language is a plus
