Transport Trade & Logistics Administrator

You will be working as Transport Trade & Logistics Administrator, and will be
the part of Motion Business Area for Drive Products Division based in, Cairo,
Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Sr Transport, Trade & Logistics
Specialist will be responsible to accomplish Logistics process finance and
admin.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure shipments are sent on time and according to defined plan and schedule. Prepare administrative transportation documentation, fulfils shipping and marking procedures per project requirement in compliance with governmental regulations.


• Verify vendor certificate and submit appropriate documentation for customs clearance.


• Release shipments to the broker based on vendor docs.


• Generate documentation and ensure inclusion of the documentation with shipments to ensure compliance with all export/import rules and regulation.


• Insurance portal, e-finance portal, SAP program, workflow system. Logistics and customs invoices handling.


• Archive all documentation regarding shipping and delivery to the customer and dealing with the third-party archiving company.

Your background

• Bachelor 's degree in business administration or supply chain & Logistics.


• ‎1-‎2 years of experience in logistics / administration work.


• Computer skills in Microsoft office (mainly excel, work, power point & SAP is a must).


• Very good in both English and Arabic as native language.
