When you think of food delivery in the MENA region, we'd be pretty surprised
if talabat didn't pop into your mind first! Since delivering our first order
in Kuwait in 2004, we've grown quite a lot over the past 17 years.
Today, we deliver hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items and other
products per year, to our customers in nine countries throughout the region

27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches, while our q-commerce concept,
talabat mart, now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan,

well as donated over $1.5 million to charity with the help of our partners and

Role Summary
The focal point between customers, riders and restaurants, monitor the
riders ' location and movement to make sure the orders are not delayed to our
customers, and report any suspicious issues that might impact the Dispatching
KPIs.

* Handling the riders ' issues that might reflect on the delivery process.
* Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
* Contact our riders, vendors, and customers to solve any issue that might happen in the orders ' stages.
* Support local and regional teams to proactively improve the delivery experience of our customers.
What Do We Request?
* To be highly flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously together.
* Very good command of English and Business writing.
* On very-good terms with technology and systems.
* Graduates only.
* Outstanding communication skills
* Working conditions - rotational shifts and weekends.
* Experience in Logistics or Dispatching would be preferred.
