Civil Engineer (Rail) M/F

As support to Egis projects within Egypt, the Civil Engineer shall be
responsible for providing the required technical support for the on-going and
planned projects, including feasibility studies, on-site field studies, site
works supervision, and any other activities as needed ensuring full compliance
with the project(s) requirements and applicable codes and standards.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Assist with the preparation of proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules
* Provide assistance during procurement, construction and commissioning activities
* Identify and report changes to project scope
* Contribute to appropriate studies, analyses and recommend actions
* Preparation and review of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports
* Communicate effectively with the engineering team and project stakeholders, including the clients.
The candidate should have:
* University degree at minimum Bachelors level of a recognized Civil Engineering Faculty
* 5+ years of professional experience in the same field
* Experience of working on a Railway / Metro related projects is a must
* Capable to demonstrate a sound understanding of Engineering Theory.
* The candidate shall be highly motivated and keen to learn
* Excellent communication skills and and fluent in English and Arabic.
* Determined to act in a responsible way in business activities as well as in social and environmental impact.
