DevOps Engineer II

such as AI, cloud, data management, data science/engineering, and
visualization. You will be involved in assessing the market, developing
technology, products, and generating intellectual property. Working at the

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer II with a strong background in highly
scalable distributed systems and with experience working in an agile
engineering team and a knack for researching new technologies. Candidates
should display abilities to innovate and be creative.

What you'll achieve
As a DevOps Engineer II, you will take part in automating end to end Software
Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and improving the stability and reliability of our
applications.
You will:
* Contribute to the effort on automation, CI/CD processes and tools to make our services simpler and more robust
* Contribute towards CI/CD standardization within applications
* Assess the existing tools and practices of software development and analyze the changes and requirements necessary to improve
* Collaborate with the team and contribute to the automation of the software process to be more reliable and stable
* Work closely with cross functional stakeholders to present updates and understand new requirements.
* Provide management, maintenance, monitoring, automation, and infrastructure as code for microservices in an Agile DevOps environment
* Define and implement actions for departmental or cross-functional process improvements

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements
* ‎2 - ‎5 years of relevant experience
* Hands on experience building CI/CD pipelines for mega projects
* Experience in DevOps and automation tools and technologies
* Advanced Linux knowledge with hands on experience with one or more distros (architecture, troubleshooting, filesystems, scripting, networking and security), and experience with more than one scripting language knowledge (ex: Bash, Python, Perl)
* Experience in Agile development methodology
* Familiar with containers/container orchestration platforms (Docker, K8s, Openshift)
* Familiar with different security static code analysis tools, third party scanners, docker images scanners, security testing/penetration tests and different monitoring and logging stacks

Desirable Requirements
* Software Engineering Development background
* MLOps experience is a big bonus
* Contribution to large open-source projects is a plus
