Documentation Manager at Siemens Mobility Egypt (High Speed Project)

Today, we are recruiting for a Documentation Manager position to Join our
Management Team in Cairo. This is an excellent career opportunity for

Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!
The Documentation Manager is responsible for the document management according
to rules and guidelines from Siemens LLC and assists the Project Management
team in day-to-day activities.
* Supports the Project Management team with local stakeholders in EG, including Consortium Partners, in daily activities to reduce workload
* Independently executes the project documentation management plan
* Works in coordination with Project Management and Quality Management teams
* Clarification of interfaces and customer requirements regarding document management
* Creates and continuously improves the document management infrastructure for the dedicated part of the project (ACONEX data ownership) and coordinates with ownership manager
* Clarifies and defines Documentation Management requirements in accordance with the contract and Project Management team (Templates, review and release, submission, translation procedures)
* Creates and maintains the Project document list
* Coordinates the documents to be created with PM, sub-PM, project members
* Creates and maintains the document management plan and implements the defined rules
* Provides support for document archive, tools support
* Coordinates the translation of documents (translation management)
* Submits documents to customer and controls the document status
* Controls and reports on documentation issues (status and plan dates of documents)
Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid!
* Business Administration or equivalent education
* Experience in similar capacity from large project Environment is a plus
* Basic Knowledge of overall system and subsystems
* Strong computer skills, mainly in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* ACONEX knowledge is an advantage
* Ability to work with a multinational team and in an international environment
* Outstanding work ethics, professional attitude & strong organization, and communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Document Management processes
* Fluent English and Arabic languages
* Excellent Communication skills
