IRC220062 - PAYROLL SPECIALIST
At Eni , we are looking for a Payroll Specialist within Ieoc
Production BV in New Cairo, Egypt. You will be responsible for preparing
the annual labor cost budget and in proper timely input and correctness of
data necessary for payroll calculation, based on the process in force.

As a member of human resources team at Ieoc Production BV you
will be responsible for :
* Assisting in preparing the annual labor cost budget for local and expatriates staff and monitors the variances for each forecast, in coordination with the cost control section;
* Preparing the calculation and data related to expat salaries, adjustments, remuneration and benefits (e.g. mission expenses, medical reimbursements, un-enjoyed vacations deductions, arrears, ..etc).;
* Assisting in preparing data related to local employee salaries, adjustments, remuneration and benefits (e.g. mission expenses, transportation, medical reimbursements, un-enjoyed vacations deductions, arrears, ..etc).;
* Perform and follow up the uniformity of the above data in HRMS system to execute monthly payroll and upload it on SAP;
* Preparing the conventional costs and monitors cost recoverability; submit the necessary documents addressed to JV , in addition of following up relevant debit notes with FIN;
* Preparing and submitting quarterly and annual reports of taxes incurred by expat employees, follow up with FIN the relevant tax settlement calculation sent to local Authority;
* Execute Eni and EIRL invoices related to expatriates secondment agreements;
* Providing HR letters for company employees requesting declaration of annual income;
* Assisting in providing best solutions and practices for process improvement
* Providing for the timely and correct input of all data necessary for payroll calculations
* Updating Personal data on IHRMS
* Awareness of local legislation related to taxes and social insurance
* Processing of payments of staff benefits through payroll
* Settlement of relevant invoices and preparing debit notes for other associates
* Preparingreports and statistics related to both IHRMS and SAP as required by the Management

* University Degree in social science, law, business administration, Economics, Accounting previous experience in the field
* Critical skills are in the relationship and social communications area: negotiation, communication, integration with another department.
* Knowledge of English
