non-management position.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
* Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
* Must have minimum of ‎1+ years fine dining experience in an upscale bar/lounge/restaurant
* Food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
* Able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
* Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends & holidays
General Requirements:
* Position regularly involves lifting food trays plates weighing up to ‎30 lbs.
* Pushing and pulling tables and chairs is required.
* Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, glassware and silverware in an unobtrusive manner
Knowledge and Skills:
* Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
