R&D IS Manager - ( 2200052I )
Responsibilities
Manage site software & hardware licenses
Follow up the R&D IS operations to ensure the right level of quality of
service
Ensure that IS standards are applied for R&D tools
Define & Monitor IS&T capacity plan & its implementation and performance
according to group processes
Manage R&D IS budget in consistency with site/group budget
Managing R&D Site BCP & define the RTO & RPO for each critical
functions/Activities
Participates in short- and long term planning efforts with stakeholders
Work with different Managers for teams\functions to understand business needs
Coordinates and works on multiple cross-functional base work initiatives and
projects
Experience
B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Communication, or Electronics
Strong analytical, critical thinking, root-cause analysis and problem-solving
skills.
+10 years of relevant experience.
Requires basic knowledge of various infrastructure solutions.
Relevant certification is preferred [Prince2, Cobit, ISO 22301]
