Deliver a quality consulting, deployment, implementation and support services.
Job Objectives:
* Deliver security projects and high quality deliverables.
* Provide 1st level of support for the implemented security solutions.
Functional Relationships:
* PMO
* Support Mgr.
* Presales Dept.
* Customer service
* Infrastructure Dept.
* Customers
Main and Operational Responsibilities:
* Contribute in achieving the team objectives and goals
* Deploy, configure, manage and monitor networks and security solutions
* Deliver security projects and develop deliverables
* Design, size, scope security solutions and projects.
* Develop WBS for projects and provide man power estimate to deliver.
* Implement security solutions.
* Provide 1st level of support for the implemented security solutions.
* Provide second level of support to the junior team members.
* Present security solutions/products to customers.
* Deploy and deliver proof of concepts and pilots.
* Develop project documentations.
* Report all assignments and activities to his/her direct supervisor.
* Develop his own technical capabilities according to his/her dev. plan.
Essential Educational Background & Experience:
* Degree (IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
* 2:3 years' experience.
* Hands-on in Micro Focus ArcSight products ESM, Logger and SmartConnector.
* Has experience in FlexConnector.
* Preferred certification like ArcSight Administrator.
* Very good in English language; oral and written.
* Good understanding of OS platforms.
