A Hypercare Security Project Manager will use established processes to manage
the Hypercare (i.e. sub-project) as part of a large complex project or program
under the guidance of a Security Project Manager.
The Hypercare Security PM should:
* Planning for end-user support post go live
* Ensure Hypercare processes/procedures are followed across the project phases and that it's adhered
* Manage the documentation, assignment, tracking and resolution of all logged Hypercare incidents
* Maintain an action and issue log for the reported Hypercare incidents
* Follow up with the relevant technical teams to ensure resolution of logged incidents in a timely manner
* Provide daily updates to the customer and required stakeholders on the status of Hypercare open incidents
* Issue regular dashboard reflecting Hypercare status to key stakeholders
* Put a proficient team together to achieve the purpose of the work in a changing, fixed and responsive circumstance using leadership and management practices
* Ensure successful Knowledge Transfer is taking place to the internal technical teams for re-occurring and resolved incidents to serve as lessons learned
* Suggest strategies/actions to enhance the Hypercare process as needed and take corrective actions when needed
* Provide support to the Security PM for Acceptance testing and HoTo activities as required
**
* Degree in telecommunications (preferred), business, science, or equivalent relevant experience
* Project Management Certification (PMI PMP, PMI ACP or PRINCE2 Practitioner) is a plus
* Minimum of 2-5 years experience in the specified local telecommunications area
* Fluent in English
