MISSION:
Strategy
Translates country objectives into regional objectives considering regional
specificities.
Validates Product Offer by store with Retail Manager and Marketing Manager.
Develops local relationships (administration). Propose new locations to
his/her manager according the Regional Development plan.
Operations
Coordinates marketing and commercial events amongst the stores (decided by
the Group or by himself/herself)
Makes a monthly operational visit in each store
Guaranties store attractiveness in his/her Region (Merchandising, Offer,
Services, Concept, Team competencies).
Controls implementation of the pricing policy for his/her region.
Improves one's knowledge through regular updating.
HR
Ensure that group managerial practices are applied in stores.
Guaranties that procedures, security and safety rules are followed in each
store (Shop Operational Process Book)
Recruits, guides, trains and manages his/her team.
P&L
Analyse weekly KPI's and implement corrective actions accordingly
Makes regular financial reporting to his/her Manager. Proposes improvements
to his/her Manager.
Is Responsible for the P&L of the shops of his/her Region.
