McLedger is a leading FinTech platform providing online bookkeeping and
financial management solutions to startups and small businesses across the
GCC.
McLedger is looking for a talented and creative Art Director to lead our in-
house design studio. As our visual identity guardian, you will be responsible
for the overall look and feel of McLedger's brand across all touchpoints.
Job Description
*
Lead and manage McLedger's creative services team, providing art direction and
ensuring high quality design work
* Conceptualize and develop compelling visual identities, style guides, brand assets and templates
* Create mood boards, storyboards and pitch decks to bring creative concepts to life
* Oversee all visual communications including websites, marketing collateral, social assets, presentations etc.
* Direct motion graphic projects including explainer videos, animations and other video content
* Collaborate with marketing, product and other teams to ensure brand consistency
* Stay up to date with design trends and lead the evolution of McLedger's visual identity
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience leading an in-house creative studio or agency design team, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
* Portfolio demonstrating exceptional concepting, art direction and production design skills
* Expertise in visual storytelling, branding, print and digital design
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects)
* Experience managing creative projects from concept to completion
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Visual Design, Communication Design or related field
* Passion for FinTech/SaaS branding and creating innovative design solutions
