Job Description:
Cyber Force is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable CEO Assistant to provide
comprehensive support to our Chief Executive Officer. This critical position
requires a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational and
communication skills, a high degree of discretion, and the ability to

Responsibilities:
* Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination.
* Communication: Draft, review, and edit executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
* Travel Arrangements: Manage complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for both domestic and international travel.
* Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
* Meeting Management: Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
* Project Support: Assist in various projects and initiatives, working closely with the CEO to ensure timely completion.
* Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including board members, clients, and partners.
* Office Management: Oversee the CEO 's office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
* Research: Conduct research on various topics, compiling data and information to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an executive assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in office software and communication tools.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft executive-level documents.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
