Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding the unique transportation needs of clients and matching them with suitable solutions.
- Achieve and surpass agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timeframes.
- Coordinate ride requests, advising and upselling vehicles and optional extras based on customer preferences and requirements.
- Manage vehicle status changes in our systems effectively.
- Maintain accuracy in all financial transactions related to ride requests, ensuring successful completion of assigned transactions.
- Communicate promptly and efficiently via telephone and email to confirm reservations and drop-offs.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize service delivery and ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our fleet, services, and pricing options to provide accurate and detailed information to clients.
- Handle and resolve addressed face-to-face customer complaints or concerns professionally and on time.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer support, to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Perform additional job duties as assigned to meet the dynamic needs of the business.

Requirements**
* Bachelor 's degree of any discipline.
* 1-3 Years of experience in customer service or sales.
* Self-motivated and driven by targets with a proven track record in sales.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written.
* The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
* Commercial awareness.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to multitask.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
* Very Good English verbal and written.
* Fluent Arabic verbal and written.
