As part of the Business Architecture and Platforms team you will be
responsible for helping Vodafone
Business design and implement the capabilities and associated platforms
required to drive the
growth in Beyond Connectivity products that underpins Project Newton and the
Vodafone Business
Growth Agenda.
You will be part of the team that will work across Product Portfolios,
Technology, OpCos and
Operational teams (e.g. VBTS) to shape and build out of the strategic
architecture that will simplify
the way our products are launched and managed with OpCos whilst driving
economies of scale,
efficiencies across the use of platforms and, most importantly, will enable a
Vodafone Signature
Experience that works across products.
As Capability Lead - Business Platforms (Ordering & Customer Delivery), you
will be responsible for
defining, owning, and managing across the delivery within the Platform
Portfolio strategy specifically
those related to Customer Delivery and Ordering for our B/C Products.
Working with Product Portfolio, Markets, VBTS, Technology (PPE & IT), and
Delivery teams to
enhance the Customer Delivery, Ordering & Provisioning processes for
Vodafone's end customers.
You will be able to lay out a vision for the capability and associated
platforms, construct platform
lean business cases, as well as manage across teams to prioritise and assure
the delivery across
platforms such AppDirect Marketplace, Digicom & Solutions Hub to deliver
maximum benefit.
You will work closely with the Group Portfolio Leads, Technology, Group
Delivery as well as VBTS
Domains to ensure the platforms work in line with evolving operational
processes and operating
models. You will also be responsible for defining a rolling Roadmap of
features that need to be
introduced into the Platform delivery roadmaps, ensuring that all delivered on
time and on budget.
You will also own the annual budget planning cycle for this capability set
that is interlocked into both
OpCo's and Technology
This is a core role within the platform's portfolio space requiring
leadership, passion, and the ability
to work in a highly matrixed organisation to drive transformation into
multiple geographies around
the world.
