1. Delegate tasks to the subordinates and provide them with the needed
support to ensure high levels of performance.
2. Review the project documents (Specs, drawings, BOQ...) to determine
whether the budget is sufficient or not.
3. Assist in preparation of method of statement with construction and quality
control teams.
4. Review the contract, compare it with specifications and coordinate with
the contracts department in case of any conflicts to issue notice of claim to
the consultant.
5. Review the Material List and follow up with the purchasing department the
delivery of the material on time.
6. Follow up and review the quantity surveying process as well as client's
and subcontractor's invoices to ensure their accuracy.
7. Resolve any technical issues or construction error that may arise in the
site to prevent any delay in the project.
