Production Team Leader - Brewing - Obour Plant ‎

Functional responsibilities

• In charge of all the production process.


• Continuous improving the production cost.


• Drawing up a production schedule & making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.


• Working out the human and material resources needed.


• Ensure the full compliance with all applicable Heineken & regulatory standards.


• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control sampling plan.


• Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.


• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.


• Develop & maintain safe working area according to Heineken standards.


• Using the TPM to improve the Extract losses, quality and production cost, and lead TPM AM brewing pillars for the entire plant.


• Set targets ( KPIs ) for his team in order to ensure the full achievements for the company objectives.

Leadership responsibilities

• Build successful team , develop second line staff, inspire & lead my team to achieve the company vision & mission


• Develop long term plan for future needs & resources (e.g. total flexibility, capacities, contingency plans and training needs)


• Evaluate the performance of my team members through the performance evaluation process
