At Jonsson Workwear our Manufacturing Graduate Programme is designed to
welcome recent graduates into our Business, offering them the opportunity to
make an impact and fast-track their careers in production leadership. This
immersive 46-week programme provides a deep dive into our company's
operations, allowing graduates to become integral members of our dynamic team.
At any point in time during the 46 week programme, top-performing candidates
may be given the opportunity to take up permanent roles however, this will be
decided on a case-by-case basis by our Senior Leadership team. Mentorship will
be provided by leaders in the business who will work closely with each
graduate; not only providing guidance and support, but also pushing the team
to challenge themselves to strive to always do better and be the best version
of themselves.

* Currently in their final year of study - qualification to be complete prior to commencement date.
* Interest and involvement in community outreach and social activities.
* Part-time work experience preferable.
