Pathfinder International is seeking a Admin Assistant for Regional Field
Office for the newly USAID-funded OSRA program. The OSRA program is five-year
Pathfinder-led USAID-funded Program. The goal of the OSRA program is to
improve family health outcomes by reinforcing the national family planning and
reproductive health (FP/RH) program in partnership with the Ministry of Health
and Population (MOHP). The OSRA program will achieve this purpose through the
three pivotal results: 1) Women's and men's uptake and continuation of
voluntary family planning services increased; 2) Youth equipped with knowledge
and skills necessary to make healthy life choices; and 3) Gender dynamics
improved for enhanced voluntary family planning and reproductive health
outcomes. The OSRA program will closely collaborate with different local
stakeholders and other Government of Egypt (GOE) entities to attain its
results.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for preparing logistics for implementing activities including arranging domestic travel, transportation booking, arranging lodging, accommodations for all functional area staff and payments to activities attendees.
* Maintains Program records and regional office documents.
* Prepares and edit correspondence, communications, and Power Point presentations as needed.
* Drafts and formats departmental communications and reports
* Handles petty cash, office expenses, prepares vouchers and settlement documents.
* Maintains office equipment, office supplies.
* Coordinate with finance and procurement departments to have vendors contracts (travel companies, hotels and other)
Education , Experience and Required Skills
* Bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and work experience that yields the required competencies
* 4 years related experience, including experience in administration
* Strong personality and ability to deal with different staff members at different levels.
* Essential computer literacy (word, excel, power point and internet).
* Well-organized self-starter with great attention to detail and be able to handle stress well.
* Able to analyze data, write reports, and deliver presentations
* Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision.
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Good command of the English language.
