Job Description



  • Communicate with the supply chain and project management head to determine the status of the shipment at its various stages, such as the arrival of goods to Egypt, preparation of form ‎4 at the bank with the bank, customs clearance and exit to warehouses.

  • Participate in managing relationships with local suppliers, shipping companies, customs clearance, negotiating terms, lead times, and pricing to ensure favorable agreements.

  • Tracking the main supply chain, coordinating customs and regulatory compliance for international shipments, ensuring smooth customs clearance, tracking its procedures based on shipping and clearance company reports, receiving papers for imported purchases from shipping agents, and tracking all steps until customs clearance is complete and the shipments arrive at the company's warehouses.

  • Follow up with insurance companies and review insurance policies for shipments

  • Track transportation and distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

  • Coordinate customs and regulatory compliance for international shipments and ensure smooth customs clearance.

  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain status.

  • Implement best practices in supply chain management to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings.


Personal Skills



  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fair command of English


Technical Skills



  • Proficiency in using supply chain software and tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.


Education


Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
