The opportunity

EY 's Centre of Excellence practice in Cairo is recruiting Seniors, to start
from September ‎2023. This practice supports audit engagements across the MENA
region both remotely and through travel to MENA offices.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of the Audit team, you'll make a technical contribution to audit
engagements and internal projects. You'll actively establish internal and
external relationships, and identify and escalate potential business
opportunities for EY on existing engagements. With a clear focus on
anticipating and identifying risks, you'll escalate issues as appropriate.
You'll confirm that the work delivered to clients is of high quality and is
reviewed by the next-level reviewer.

Skills and attributes for success

resources and communicating effectively are key skills. This will have a huge

To qualify for the role you must have

• Strong academic record, including a degree and accounting qualification, such as ACCA, CPA, CA


• At least ‎4 years of professional experience in external audit


• Thorough knowledge of current auditing techniques and experience managing teams


• Experience with a Big ‎4 accounting firm


• Fluent English communication skills
