Responsibilities
1. Maintain the equipment within the required efficiency.2. Applying
maintenance procedures and ensure people and equipment safety.3. Lead/support
the working team administratively and technically on daily basis.4. Achieve
and analyze maintenance key performance indicators and issue periodic follow-
up reports.5. Achieve & follow-up weekly electricity, water, gas
consumption.6. Control the maintenance expenses on a weekly basis.7. Revise
and sign on SPs( Spare Parts) withdrawal above MLE 10.8. Cooperate with
purchasing department for any technical issues.9. Revise spare parts strategic
items on annual basis.10. Revise the work orders completion with spare parts
withdrawal and ensure that the replaced used partsare returned back to the
Store.11. Review and modify the spare parts item cards limits to ensure spare
parts availability.12. Review and sign on purchasing orders and technically
approve supplier's offers.13. Revise, check and approve imported spare parts
orders.14. Technically inspect/accept new spare parts and receive on the
system.15. Make sure that all workshop equipment is working properly.16.
Participate in planning and preparation for projects.17. Follow up on
contractors' daily performance & on site activities progress, ensuring quality
& conformityto specifications.18. Annual revise for equipment fixed assists
registry.19. Responsible for implementing AIBI(American Institute for Baking
Industry Audit), TPM(Total ProductiveMaintenance), EMS(Environmental
Management System) ERP (Employee Risk Protection) systems.20. Enhance the
equipment performance by updating the PM(preventive maintenance) programs.21.
Raising-up team skills by internal technical training and coach new team
members.22. Follow up on the Proper execution of the TPM processes and ensure
proper implementation of therequired aspects in each step
Qualifications
1. Engineering Graduate (Electrical,Mechatronics,Industrial
Control,Automation Electrical Power Major)2. 1-2 years of experience in the
relevant field3. Leadership skills4. Communication & Presentation skills5.
Write and speak English fluently6. Good computer skills7. Time Management.8.
