QA Professional (Project Based)

Suppliers Management:
Manage the setting of the plan and approval of the supplier packages with the
team.
Review the following supplier's management quality documents
Suppliers qualification package Supplier audit plan. Updated approved supplier
list. Management of Mono source exit Program. Quality agreements /
specification agreements with the suppliers. Management of Reduced Testing
program & Suppliers Certification. Investigation of deviations related to
materials. Material specifications to ensure that they are in accordance with
guidelines or pharmacopeias. Ensure material compliance with SANOFI
requirements (ex: Elemental & Nitrosamine impurities,…).
Non-Production areas shop floor activities.
Shopfloor quality tours in the designated area.
To follow GMP compliance of activities done in warehouse / Utilities
Participating in investigation of relevant deviations and follow up of its
CAPA.
Artwork:
Approval of artworks of different products on Vista system to ensure its
compliance with the registered artwork at the
Approval of suppliers proofreading to ensure its compliance with the approved
artwork.
Approval of specifications for the artwork of different products on Vista.
Investigation review for any deviation related to the secondary packaging
materials raised from quality control or production.
Documentation control:
‎1- Submission of Batch record to the production areas
‎2- Follow up with the different departments in IA for the SOPs need to be
updated.
‎3-Follow up with different departments resolving of any breakdown occurring in
Geode+ that hinder the smooth creation, review or approval of documents on
Geode+ , through direct contacting help disk of Geode+
‎4-Management of quality records retention schedule (except for routine batch
records).
Implementation of Qualipso
Follow the Global plan for the implementation Implement the global plan for
the documentation system Implement the Global plan for material and supplier
management system
HSE & Energy.
Ensures HSE approval on any SOP that requires certain HSE precautions.
Ensures HSE approval on any change.
Follow the laboratory safety procedures
Commitment to the appropriate PPE use.
Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements.
Following the statutory legislation concerning Health, Safety and
environmental law.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Bachelor's of Pharmaceutical sciences
Experience ‎0-‎2 years
Good communication/Negotiation skills
