The Role : Procurement Specialist .

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

( This Job is Based in our Manufacturing Plant in ‎10 th of Ramadan
City )
J OB RESP ONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to execute Purchase Order to vendors and follow up on delivery schedule.
* Ensure proper maintenance of master data in ERP.
* Analyze inventory reports and be responsible to monitor inventory replenishment process.
* Ensure that all purchasing activities are compliant with the Procurement procedures and policies.
* Analyze spending on suppliers and identify opportunities to achieve saving target.
* Proactively look into continuous improvement on procurement processes.
* Support on various Procurement and improvement initiatives.
* Assist in logistics arrangement when necessary.
* Assist in Planning activities when necessary
* Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
* Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
* Assess, track and audit supplier KPI (fill rates, rejections, etc.), supporting regular business reviews
* Lead and Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company.
* Launching RFQ and RFP process for quotes from different suppliers.
* Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
* Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
* Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
* Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing.
* Manage GEP projects, contracts, and pricing
* Develop Systems and Processes for Procurement and Associated Trade Compliance Processes
* Lead Procurement Pillar in Xylem XPS

REQU IREMENTS ***
* Experience working with suppliers and conduct supplier evaluation will be an advantage.
* ‎5 Years Proven experience in international sourcing processes.
* Minimum Diploma with Supply Chain / Business or related field.
* Completed Degree / Diploma in business, logistics, supply chain or related field.
* CIPS / APICS Related Qualification
