Youth Program and Internal Hiring Lead (_VOIS)

Role Purpose


In this role, you will develop and execute the global _VOIS youth programs and
university recruiting strategy that aligns with the company's overall talent
acquisition goals and objectives. You will work towards deepening our
relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, and
core external partners, to help find and hire the best student talent for our
many incredible students career opportunities. Additionally, you will also
manage and oversee all aspects of the internal hiring process within _VOIS,
with a strategic and global focus. This includes developing and implementing
global strategies and policies, aligned with Group TA, to identify and attract
top talent across the world and to create a robust talent bench for leadership
roles and critical skills.


Job Responsibility



  • Design, develop and oversee global youth programs and university hiring strategy including marketing, events, interviews, and summer programs.

  • _VOIS SPOC on youth programs aligning with Group TA on the overall strategy.

  • Work closely with center TA leads and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop targeted youth recruitment programs

  • Build and maintain relationships with key university partners, including career centers and faculty members, to increase visibility and attract top talent.

  • Collaborate with the _VOIS marketing and communications team to create compelling and effective university recruiting communications and branding.

  • Lead the _VOIS Vantage initiative, running a global programme across all _VOIS locations for university student to enter

  • Developing and implementing global internal hiring strategies and policies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization

  • Work with _VOIS Talent lead to align on talent development requirements to improve internal movement and career opportunities using global tools such as Eightfold

  • _VOIS lead of International Mobility, interface with Group IM and manage _VOIS global mobility policies and procedures for transferring employees within the company worldwide

  • Develop and implement a diversity and inclusion strategy for university recruiting, to ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pool and workforce. This includes actively seeking out and recruiting underrepresented groups and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Leverage innovative assessment strategies and techniques to identify and select the highest-potential candidates. Continuously assess and optimize these methods to ensure that the most qualified and fitting candidates are effectively sourced and recruited.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of geo-dispersed recruiters

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve and optimize recruiting efforts and improving targets of internal and youth recruitment

  • Understand the industry and geographical competitive landscape to influence and shape future recruiting strategies.


Core competencies, knowledge and experience



  • ‎10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.

  • Demonstrated commitment to being a talent advisor to the business, using data and analytics to tell your story

  • Proven history of leading teams to deliver excellence, by providing work direction, coaching, and guidance to direct reports. While highly collaborative in style, drives results with purpose, speed, and agility, delivering against business specific needs

  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to listen and communicate in a direct and succinct manner

  • Understanding of current early career hiring landscape, ability to advocate from the student perspective and a general knowledge of best practices for attracting Gen Z talent

  • Exceptional planning and organization skills, ability to manage multiple projects


Must have technical / professional qualifications:
* Bachelor/ Master Degree from an accredited university or college
