Key Responsibilities :
* Develop strategic accounts organically, and acquire new (potential key account) customers,
* Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners and potential customers. Utilize strong industry relationships /networks to «open doors»,
* Identify and execute upon new growth opportunities, such as new geographies, customer segments, and needs. Drive the sales pipeline and maximize market growth potential,
* Reliably deliver targeted business results and commercial value over the short, medium, and long term,
* Build and execute complex customer-centric sales plans, strategies, and analytics to drive market penetration and provide the foundation for high volume growth and scalability,
* Develop and implement sales capabilities, including best-in-class performance metrics, go-to-market strategies, and effective processes, that lead to sustainable success and instill strong sales disciplines,
* Act as a strong customer advocate, improving and enhancing the business's credibility and reputation. Partner with customers with confidence, gravitas, and expertise but also a high level of humility.
* Build and develop a high-performing Sales team in Egypt. Help lead the next phase of growth for Maersk and contribute to the company's strategic development.
* Establish trusted partnerships with other members of the Maersk team. Make a strong contribution to the overall organization, bringing a spirit of collaboration and partnership to the business.

* Ability to act decisively and consistently deliver outstanding operating and financial results
* Passionate about customer management and relationship development
* results-oriented, coupled with a solution-focused mindset, to achieve impactful outcomes consistently.
* Outstanding stakeholder and relationship management skills
* Fluency in English is essential,
