KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide support to HoM (Head of Market) and provide general administrative
and office support functions to all departments of SIG Egypt office, including
supporting and ensuring smooth business and operational workflow, in an
efficient and cost-effective manner.
Support to HoM with daily tasks including daily schedule, customer meetings
organization, MOM (Minutes of Meetings) preparation, support with slides
preparation, etc.
All HR related topics for Egypt staff including employment contracts, HR
letters, social insurance, medical insurance, etc
Coordination with the company lawyer for OGM, EOGM and legal documents.
All aspects related to office management. Incl. office maintenance and liasing
with landlord, reception, switchboard, maintaining customer and company
contact details, central point of contact, courier services, purchasing of
office essentials, management of office drivers and cleaning staff, and
ensuring office hygeien and cleanliness.
All Travel related arrangements including flights, hotels, car hire/transfers
and visas in a cost effective manner.
Internal and External event planning. Incl. Customer Meetings, Teambuildings,
Expo’s
Supplier Account Management. Incl. Capturing of Supplier PO's, Monthly payment
preparation and loading of supplier payments, Petty cash management (incl.
accounting journal capturing).
Coordination with local IT service provider and IT Department in the
Headquarters.
Procurement. Incl. capex requests and approvals, supplier quotations, PRF and
purchasing to delivery/installation.
Tracking of customer gifts stocks, mockups and product samples
YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Relevant Tertiary Education, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or
similar
A passionate multi-tasker who has experience with working in a flexible
mutinational organization and suporting cross-functional areas
