Job Purpose
Ensure the correct implementation of the pre-sales system and ensure the most
efficient and accurate routing of trucks to deliver the product to customers
and beverage stores within the agreed time frame. And follow up the
maintenance and spare parts for the company's trucks and ensure the correct
implementation of health and safety measurements by observing all road safety
measures.
Job Details
* Ensure smooth and appropriate flow of processing customer orders.
* Receiving customer orders from the customer service and logistics team and retrieving Drinkie's orders from e-mail messages.
* Distribute drivers geographically taking into account local road laws and regulations.
* Prepare and deliver daily schedules to drivers.
* Inspect dashboard, GPS, and preventive maintenance schedules to drive and direct drivers.
* Report any breach and non-compliance on a daily basis.
* Collect maintenance bills from drivers and enter operating system data accordingly.
* Participate with the Customer Service, Logistics and Drinkie's team to coordinate orders.
* Dealing with customer invoicing by issuing accurate and timely purchase orders.
* Coordinating with the account manager to update car requests.
* Acknowledgment of tax information on a daily basis and preparation of declaration documents to allow smooth workflow and compliance with local legislation.
* Coordinating with the agent to issue legal invoices.
* Collect legal documents and hand them over to drivers before each shift.
* Observe all safety rules and regulations and follow safety culture at all times.
* Act as a safety representative and effectively promote safety and health practices in the workplace.
Education & Experiences:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree
Years of Experience 2-3year of experience in Customer Service
Qualifications & Other Requirements:
Good command of English & Arabic Language (Spoken & written)
Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint)
