Overview of the role:
* The primary focus of the role will be to deal with customers, vendors and staff in cash collections and cash payments via petty cash.

What you will do:
* Receiving cash and cash equivalent from customers and depositing them at bank on a daily basis.
* Reconciling cashier's cash balance vs books daily.
* Coordinate activities with Accounts Receivable and Payable regarding the relative cash movements.
* Report on cash collection.
* Following up on cash paid from cashier's fund and make the necessary reimbursement periodically.
* Assist Finance department needs.
* Managing manual and casual wage.

Required Skills to be successful:
‎1.- Customer management and communication skills.
‎2.- Cash management and accounting experience.
‎3.- Knowledge of reconciliation.
‎4.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

About the Team:
* Reporting to the Finance Manager and will work closely with the Finance team and the broader internal and external stakeholders.

What equips you for the role:
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance
* ‎2 years of experience in Finance as a Cashier back office Accountant
* Experience with cash management and reconciliation
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel a must)
