• Responsible for the technical development of collections, with a focus on the fittings, sample-making process, supervision of the patternmakers, fit notes, pre-production schedules, etc ...


• Guarantees on-time production targets, and schedule production with cutters and sewers accordingly


• Monitors, and ensures quality control of garments, and accessories


• Negotiate the job offers with the selected candidates and get their signature on it if required.
