As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to
solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional
skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not
limited to:
* Duties:
* Install and configure laptops to support the onboarding process of the new employees.
* Handle the on-boarding process in terms of delivering IT equipment, collecting relevant documentation, and giving IT induction when required.
* Provide IT support for all related issues in domains of hardware (laptops, Printers, smartphones (iPhone\Android) and software (Windows ‎10, Google Suite and in-house applications).
* Provide remote or on-site IT support for ETIC staff;
* Perform IT assets management activities in terms of registration, assignment, and recycling of IT assets over the relevant systems.
* Provide on site support for meeting rooms and video conferences.
* Work with firmwide IT teams to manage local IT operations to ensure the IT systems are operating reliably, and IT requests are being handled through the right channels;
* Work with firmwide IT teams to assess technical and operational requirements of business solutions, and implement / test system solutions;
* Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of quality IT service to ETIC staff;
What we are looking for:
* ‎1-‎2 years of experience in IT Support role;
* A self-motivated fast learner, who can demonstrate initiative and adaptability to a dynamic environment;
* Ability to work in a team environment with a professional and enthusiastic attitude;
* Android, IOS apps experience, Networking/Computer Science background;
* CCNA \ MCSA knowledge is a must;
* ITIL Foundation Certification would be an advantage.
* Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
* Proficiency in English;
