* Drive digital transformation strategy and roadmap
* Lead E2E all large scale digitalization projects
* Monitor usage, effectiveness to continuously develop sales systems - software & hardware
* Champion new technologies and embed into PEP plans (ie. Vayyar etc)
* Functional partner for Sector/Global Trans Projects (PGT)

* Define and manage sales technologies development calendar in line with business priorities
* Link all existing technologies to create a comprehensive ecosystem to guide sales team
* Manage Pepsico hardwares with related teams manage the new procurements and maintanence process
* Seek for cutting edge technologies to support sales initiatives
Manage large scale digitization projects & integration:
* PEPSELL MOBILE: Full design & development
* IMAGE RECOGNITION: Partner with sector and implement across all channels
* DUKKAN SENIN: Lead strategy, development and integration with other systems
* DISTRIBUTOR INVENTORY MNG: Build a system to ensure robust distributor-supply chain optimization
* DIGITAL ORDERING: Partner with sector to design and develop the system
* O2O: Support development and other systems integration
* SALES TARGETING MECHANISM: Design a consistent and customizable system
* ICM System: Further development and integration as needed
* 4D: Future design, development and integration of commercial analytics & reporting systems
Support Egypt BU PGT transformation
* SME to determine the scope and a healthy transformation without loss of capability.
* Manage and sustain the integration of current sales systems with SAP
Qualifications
* Sales field experience in FMCG.
* Strong experience in execution & operating with business strategies.
* Financial background will be a plus.
* Ability to work cross function/ Build strong positive relationship
