controller to manage and improve ourorganization's financial performance and
direct our accounting operations.
Your strategic planningand exceptional numerical proficiency as a financial
controller will aid ourorganization in maintaining positive revenue and
financial growth, formulatingsound financial strategies,implementing proper
internal controls, achieving organizational targets, anddeveloping financial
plans that support organizational strategy.
Your Responsibilities
* Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
* Managing all finance and accounting operations.
* Manage all accounting operations A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
* Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
* Support month-end and year-end close process.
* Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

Your Profile
* Degree in Accounting or similar from a reputable college or university
* Proven working experience as a Financial Controller.
* At least ‎3 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
* Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
* Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.
* Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
* Excellent command of English
* Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
* Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
* Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
* Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
* Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
* Proficient in MS Office suite
