Bupa Global has offices around the world including London and Brighton (UK),
Dublin (Europe), Miami (USA), Dubai (UAE, in partnership with OIC), Egypt and
Hong Kong (China) as well as regional offices in mainland China, Singapore,
the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Panama, Guatemala and Ecuador.
Role Overview
The purpose of the Egypt Marketing Manager role is to co-ordinate digital and
offline marketing campaigns to maximise profitable commercial growth and brand
visibility across the Egypt region for Bupa Global, working closely with the
other regional Marketing Managers.
What you'll do:
* Co-own the delivery of the annual marketing plan for the Egypt within the Bupa Global UK + Africa region (primarily Direct Individual Sales, with some general support for broker and SME business)
* Plan and execute always-on multi-channel digital advertising campaigns to increase acquisition and ensure optimal return on campaign objectives and grow brand awareness
* Manage agency relationships including digital agency with weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews
* Work collaboratively with direct sales teams to develop an effective and efficient lead generation plan and improving customer journey and experience
* Tailor global messaging and marketing materials for Egypt
* Own all the digital creative assets for the market, working with the Proposition and Digital team to constantly maintain and improve them •Understand Bupa Global and financial promotion guidelines, stay on top of advertising trends, tools and best practices and follow competitors closely
* As required, explore, set up, manage, report and optimise paid campaigns on search, display, pay-per-click, affiliates, social, remarketing, lead nurturing and other new emerging media to maximise digital efficiencies
* Own, manage and improve the Marketing pages of the BG Egypt website including customer journey, content management for financial and non-financial promotions supported by a robust SEO strategy
* Ensure set up of digital advertising channels is optimal, including budget management, pixel management, goal set up, naming convention, keyword research and more
* Regularly analyse ad performance and report effectiveness of digital advertising efforts, utilising Adobe Analytics, Google Adwords/ SA360, HubSpot and other Business Dashboards to recommend campaign iterations and optimisation strategies
* Prepare monthly or quarterly reports to the business on the progress of direct individual performance (new business and retention) vs targets, and make growth and development opportunity recommendations
* Identify and own marketing initiatives for improving the prospect journey and customer experience, working closely with Sales teams
* Review and improve the prospect customer journey from digital asset (creative or copy) to landing page/main website, through to becoming a sale
* Create a broad set of both online and offline marketing assets to support the direct Sales teams to drive category awareness including sales aids, sales brochures, sales emails used during sales process, rate increase/decrease emails etc
* Develop and manage the automated email Lead Nurture strategy to improve conversion from lead to sale
* Plan and execute marketing activities to support customer retention, to meet key KPI's to support business metrics such as customer volume and value retention targets including management of the retention toolkit and key engagement touchpoints
* Manage the day-to-day and monthly digital planning to hit marketing and sales qualified leads and commercial targets working with our digital agency to optimise spend and results.
* Customer profiling to develop a profound understanding of our customer behaviour to develop a targeted and relevant customer communication strategy
* Support the B2B and broker strategy with on the ground day-to-day collateral, events and campaigns
* Build collaborative, productive relationships with international stakeholders, legal, compliance and insurance partners to ensure they are engaged, have had the opportunity to review and appropriate sign off has been obtained
What you'll bring:
* Business experience which should include developing and launching marketing campaigns
* Experience marketing in a B2C corporate (client side) or agency environment, using multiple channels including online and offline channel
* Experience of delivering digital acquisition campaigns with hands-on exposure of search, display, pay-per-click, social and other online media channels
* Experience in managing agencies for media planning and buying • Experience managing a copy approval process - ideally within a regulated market; specific experience in healthcare, or insurance will be highly advantageous
* Understanding of the buying behaviour of businesses, including knowledge and understanding the broker/intermediary market in Egypt
* Strong interpersonal skills with a challenging and persuasive manner, to win and maintain the respect of colleagues across the business at all levels; • Solid presentation, analytical and numerical skills
* Advanced PC skills, including Acrobat, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Advanced Digital Analytical skills including Adobe Analytics and Google Adwords/SA ‎360 • Very high standard of written and spoken English and Arabic and proven copy writing experience
* Ability to work with prospect management tools (for example HubSpot) to analyse and report data to the business
* Experience and knowledge of HNW audience is desirable
* In depth understanding and knowledge of Private Medical Insurance or International Private Medical Insurance is advantageous
