Job Purpose
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day control of operational decisions and
will make decisions impacting service/cost or where risks are identified.
You'll be involved in decision making for day-to-day operational issues and
for short- medium planning and be in close collaboration with the Insight and
Analytics Manager. You'll work within the direction of the Planning Manager
and will consult with the Heads of Department in the Operations area.
The Planning team is an integral part of Customer Service across our Global
portfolio, supporting the function to maintain high quality KPIs and
performance standards within budgetary limits.
What you'll do:
* Creates short- and long-range analysis plans to meet business objectives
* Partner with key stakeholders encouraging best possible cross-functional working relationships to enhance total customer experience
* Analyse forecasted data and compare it to actual data on a daily basis to identify any areas of concern
* Monitor intra-day scheduling forecast compared to actual volumes and make adjustments throughout the day, as required
* Receive, review, and make decision for same day, unplanned, off-phone requests
* Communicate effectively with the business about its needs with personnel at all levels
What you'll bring:
* Professional experience in contact centre
* Desirable e.g. PowerBI, NICE, IEX & TotalView
* Strong Communications skills, telephone, written and face to face.
* Demonstrating technical ability and experience with MS office and MS Excel
* Strong Customer Focus
