Job Description
Receiving problems and solving them with customers through tickets
Receiving customers in branches and receiving parcels from them
Responding to problems and following up on couriers
Handle tickets and Answer customer calls
Assist customers in sending or checking documents
Answer customer business inquiries and reports
Handle customer complaints
Handle abnormal matters in the receiving and dispatching process
Assist the branch supervisor to arrange the work of the couriers
Job Requirements
University Degree in a relevant discipline.
0 to 3 year experience.
Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
Very good computer skills
Males only
